Here are some things to watch for in week 3. The Eagles were a pick by many to make the Super Bowl in the NFC. Prior to the season, that pick wasn’t even considered to be a sleeper. Now Philly is 0-2 to start the season and we will watch this week to see if they can finally get in the win column at home against Detroit.

The Pittsburgh Steelers were a unanimous pick to finish third in the AFC North, but they are off to a strong start behind consecutive blowouts. The 49ers are off to a 2-0 start as well. Two teams with great NFL legacies collide in this matchup this week and the books have opened by making the 49ers 9-point underdogs on the road.

The Cowboys versus the Bears is the biggest NFC battle this week as many feel that these are the two best teams in the conference at this point. The Bears' defense has been solid, but its offense has been shaky. The Cowboys have been the exact opposite with stellar offense and shaky defense. This matchup is a must see this week and the books have initially set this line at -3 in favor of the Bears at home.
