2007-08 Milwaukee Bucks Predictions & Season
Preview
Our 2007-08 Milwaukee Bucks
predictions and season preview
article should help you get your
NBA
betting off to a better start by
getting you more informed about this
team. This team really thinks
that they have nowhere to go but up
after winning only 12 games over the
last four months of the season.
All the key players went down to
injury and fired their coach in
mid-March, so we really believe that
this team is going to put up a few
more wins. This will be a team
that we think could show some signs
of hope and we'll be looking to take
advantage with our
NBA picks
this year.

The front court for the Bucks sees Andrew Bogut starting his
third season, but he has to improve on his numbers this year.
Last year he was seventh in field goal percentage but he only
put up a little over 12 ppg. Who is going to fill in
around him? Well there is Charlie Villanueva, who the team
gave up TJ Ford for, but he was hurt most of last season and
needs a big year to not be considered a bust. Desmond
Mason brings intesity on defense, and he's an athlete who will
contribute on the offensive side as well. The team also
gets back Bobby Simmons from injury, who put up nearly 14 ppg
two years ago when he was healthy.
The backcourt carries all of the offensive bang on the team.
Michael Redd is one of the best pure scorers and shooters in the
game, putting up 26.7 ppg and hitting nearly 40% of his
three-point attempts. He's being asked to do a little bit
more than just score this year by dishing the ball to his team
mates and getting a few boards. The team thinks Mo
Williams is one of the most promising point guards in the
league, and signed him to a nice extension this summer. He
had 17.3 ppg and 6.1 assists. There is depth here with the
team's fourth leading scorer in Charlie Bell, who was also the
only guy who stayed healthy enough to play in every game a year
ago.
The Bucks aren't going to contend for the NBA title, but they
could make a run at a playoff spot if things go right.
There are weapons on this team, but there isn't a lot of depth.
Health is a must, because last year showed just how bad this
team could be without some of their top guys.
