San Diego Chargers versus New England Patriots:

The AFC takes center stage first playing the afternoon game Sunday. The Patriots are currently 14-point favorites at most online stores, but a couple houses have them listed as -13.5, much to the delight of Pats’ backers. When this line opened up for betting New England was favored by more than two TD’s at some books, but the public has jumped on the Chargers here, likely in response to Jacksonville covering as a 13-point dog against the Patriots last week. The total has dropped way down from where it started and this has caused nearly 60% of the public to jump on the over.

Because of an overwhelming amount of action of Green Bay, some stores have raised the line to -7.5 and others are going to make you fork over some money in juice to get in at -7. The Total opened at 43.5 and has dropped down to 39.5. The public’s money is largely on the over for this one as well.
