Venue is not something to be taken lightly when doing your betting on the Big Dance. Teams playing close to home will have the support of their home crowd, creating a home away from home vibe. In this article, I have laid out the locations, matchups and game times for all of the rounds so you can look to see which teams may have a geographical advantage.

Rounds One & Two: Oklahoma City is one of the venues for early round action. Thursday, you can catch BYU v. Florida there at 12:20, Kansas State v. North Texas at 2:40, UNLV v. Northern Iowa at 7:10 and Kansas v. Lehigh at 9:30.

Providence is another early round location. Thursday, you can catch Villanova v. Robert Morris at 12:30, Richmond v. Saint Mary’s at 2:50, Georgetown v. Ohio at 7:25 and Tennessee v. San Diego State at 9:45.

On Thursday in San Jose you can catch Vanderbilt v. Murray State at 2:30, Butler v. UTEP at 4:45, Marquette v. Washington at 7:20 and New Mexico v. Montana at 9:40.

New Orleans will also play host to Thursday action between Notre Dame and Old Dominion at 12:25, Baylor v. Sam Houston State at 2:45, Kentucky East Tennessee State at 7:15 and Texas Wake Forest at 9:35.

Friday, Spokane will play host to Purdue v. Siena at 2:30, Texas A&M v. Utah State at 4:45, Michigan State v. New Mexico State at 7:20 and Maryland v. Houston at 9:40.

You can catch Friday action in Milwaukee starting at 12:25 with Xavier v. Minnesota. Pittsburgh v. Oakland tips at 2:45, Oklahoma State v. Georgie Tech at 7:15 and Ohio State v. Cal-Santa Barbara at 9:35.

The city of Buffalo kicks off Friday action at 12:15 when West Virginia takes on Morgan State. Clemson v. Missouri follows at 2:35, Gonzaga v. Florida State at 7:10 and Syracuse v. Vermont at 9:30.

Jacksonville plays host to Temple v. Cornell at 12:30, Wisconsin v. Wofford at 2:50, Duke versus the play-in winner at 7:25 and Cal v. Louisville at 9:45.

Sweet 16 & Elite 8: There are four locations set up for the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 rounds. The Midwest will go to St. Louis. The West region will go to Salt Lake City. The South region will go to Houston, and the East region will go to Syracuse.

Final Four & Championship Game: Lucas Oil Stadium will play host to this year’s Final Four and national title game.
