Bucks/Wizards Under 190

The Washington Wizards have been an unders machine recently, going under the total in nine of their last 12 games. The key to this play is a tough hard-fought loss to division-rival Charlotte in the Wizards last game as Washington is 20-6 under off a close loss by 3 points or less to a division rival since 1996. The average total in these spots is just 185.2 points. The under is 5-0 in the Wizards last 5 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game, 8-1 in the Wizards last 9 games as an underdog, and 4-0 in the Bucks last 4 games as a road favorite. The Wiz have only broken the 90 point barrier once in their last eight games. This one has under written all over it. Bet the Bucks/Wizards Under at Bookmaker.

Knicks/Hornets Under 201

Odds makers have set the bar too high here and we’ll look to take advantage. While the Knicks have given up a lot of points on the road all season, I don’t see the Hornets dropping a huge number on them as this is a look ahead spot for New Orleans as it plays division rival Dallas Wednesday. Defensively, the Hornets have been fantastic at home, holding its opponents to only 89.3 points per game. New York hasn’t broken the century mark in any of its last three games and it will struggle to score points again here. The under is 6-0 in the Knicks last 6 overall, 4-0 in the Knicks last 4 road games, 6-0 in the Knicks last 6 Monday games, and 4-0 in the Knicks last 4 games as an underdog. Appalachian State +11.5

Since Davidson made its Cinderella run in last year’s NCAA tournament behind Mr. Curry, the odds makers have fallen in love with overvaluing the Wildcats, especially in conference play. Davidson is 11-3 on the season but only 5-7 against the spread. The Wildcats are a perfect 4-0 in Southern Conference play, but 0-4 against the number in those games. Appalachian State is 3-1 straight up and against the spread in the conference and after a terrible loss as a big favorite to UNC Greensboro, State will be ready to bounce back strong and give Davidson its best shot. Plays on underdogs of 10 or more points off an upset loss as a favorite, playing their 2nd game in 3 days are 92-39 against the number since 1997. Bet Davidson at Bookmaker.
