The Marlins are 8-1 in their last 9 home games vs. a team with a losing record, 6-1 in their last 7 Monday games, and 21-8 in their last 29 games as a favorite. VandenHurk has been roughed up a few times, but he has an ERA of 3.00 and a WHIP of 0.833 and I like him to get the job done against an Astros lineup that has struggled to score runs all season away from home.
