The lack of run support is largely responsible for the losing streak and I think the Braves can get something going at the plate tonight against Paulino, who is 1-7 with an ERA of 5.85 on the season and 0-3 with an ERA of 10.95 over his last 3 starts. Vazquez has been at his best on the road for the Braves, going 7-2 with an ERA of 3.30 this season. These teams haven’t faced off since May, but Atlanta has lost its last 2 to the Astros and that puts us in a solid revenge situation here. In fact, Atlanta is 23-9 when playing with double revenge – 2 straight losses against opponent this season, winning by an average score of 5.2 to 3.3 in these games. Bet the Braves.
