Jeff Alexander Sports Picks
A former partner of Locksmith Sports, Jeff Alexander branched off nearly 10 years ago and has kept up the winning pace. We brought him back on as an independent service and now he will be selling his premium and giving away his free sports picks on our web site for all sports. There are few sports handicappers that are as a complete package as Jeff, and we definitely recommend his service to any of our clients who are looking for additional baseball, basketball, or football picks.

| NCAA-B | Mar 20, 2010 Northern Iowa vs. Kansas | Total 127 un-110 at BODOG | in 4h |
| Free Play for March 20, 2010 1 Unit on UNI/Kansas UNDER 127 Bottom Line: Northern Iowa is clearly overmatched here, but you won't find a team in the tournament that plays harder, especially at the defensive end. The Panthers rank No. 2 in the nation in scoring defense, only allowing 54.6 ppg. Plus, Northern Iowa knows it can't afford to get into a track meet with Kansas offensively. Expect the Panthers to slow this game down as much as possible to give themselves a fighting chance. At the end of the day, I don't see UNI putting many points on the board, but the pace should keep Kansas from exploding as well. UNI is 10-1 UNDER when playing away from home versus excellent teams - shooting >=45% with a defense of <=42% over the last 3 seasons, and we are only seeing 115.8 points in these games. Bet the Under. | ||

| NCAA-B | Mar 19, 2010 Florida State vs. Gonzaga | Total 132 un-110 at BETUS | Won $100 |
| Free Play for March 19, 2010 1 Unit on FSU/Gonzaga UNDER 132 Bottom Line: Plays Under on neutral court teams where the total is between 130 and 139.5 points (GONZAGA) - in a game involving 2 slow-down teams (<=55 shots/game), after 15+ games, are 126-62 since 1997 for a 67% win rate. Gonzaga averages 77.6 ppg on the season because it is able to shoot a ridiculous 49.4% from the field against weaker competition in the WCC. The Zags won't come anywhere near that against a Florida State squad that leads the country in field goal percentage defense, allowing its opponents to shoot just 37.4% from the field. With this in mind, combined with the pace each of these teams prefer to play, we'll take the Under. | ||
| NBA | Mar 19, 2010 Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Toronto Raptors | Oklahoma City Thunder -1½-110 at BODOG | Won $100 |
| 5* Wiseguy NBA Friday Night Game of the Month on Thunder -1.5 Bottom Line: I know the Raptors can be pretty tough north of the border, but I'll take the more talented Thunder in this bounce back spot. The Thunder are 6-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings and 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Toronto. The Raptors are 1-11 ATS in their last 12 games overall and 0-7 ATS in their last 7 home games. Thunder are 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games as a favorite of 4.5 or fewer points and 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games as a road favorite of 4.5 or fewer points. Lastly, the Thunder are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 Friday games. We'll take OKC tonight. | ||
| NCAA-B | Mar 19, 2010 Houston vs. Maryland | Maryland -9-110 at BODOG | Won $100 |
| 4* Major NCAA Tourney Bailout Blowout on Maryland -9 Bottom Line: The Cougars are just 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games as an underdog of 7.0-12.5 points so this is certainly a team that could be run off the court tonight, which I think it will. Houston would not be here had it not won the C-USA Tourney, and I expect it to make a quick exit. Maryland is 9-1 ATS when playing against a marginal winning team (Win Pct. 51% to 60%) over the last 3 seasons. The Terrapins are also 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games as a favorite. Houston will have no answer for Greivis Vasquez and company tonight. Lay the number. | ||
| NCAA-B | Mar 19, 2010 Siena vs. Purdue | Purdue -4-105 at BODOG | Won $100 |
| 5* Wiseguy Friday NCAA Tourney *BLOOD BATH* on Purdue -4 Bottom Line: Plays on favorites of 3.5 to 9.5 points after failing to cover 5 or 6 of their last 7 against the spread, in a game involving two top-level teams (>= 80%), are 83-39 ATS since 1997, 32-13 ATS the last 3 seasons and a perfect 3-0 ATS this season. Teams in this situation have won by an average of 9.4 points dating back to 1997. Off an embarrassing loss in the Big Ten Tourney, Purdue will be out for blood here. The Boilermakers may be without Hummel, but they still have plenty of talent remaining to cover this number. Lay the points. | ||

| Jeff Alexander began his career as a college and NFL football Handicapper, but a world runner-up finish in the NBA in the 2005-06 season and numerous other documented top five finishes in college basketball and MLB over the years have solidified Jeff Alexander as truly one of the best shot callers the industry has to offer. The NFL remains his bread and butter and he put his pro football skills on full display in 2006 when he took home the NFL World Handicapping Championship. There isn't anyone who is going to outwork Jeff, and the result has been one winning season after another. He uses situational and statistical analysis to handicap games and also studies injury reports, weather reports, motivation, current form, and coaching strategy.Jeff shies away from no team and holds no biases in his handicapping endeavors as he feels that every team has its time to shine as a money maker.Jeff's 4* Major and 5* Wiseguy Plays have been known to hit as high as 70 percent for a season and have earned him the title as "the best big play handicapper on the planet." He'll tackle T.V. matchups and he'll play teams you've never heard of before, if he sees a clear opportunity to win.If you are looking for a proven World Champion with experience who is going to work his tail off day in and day out in order to ensure you the best plays in the industry, then you have come to the right place. |
NFL Expert Picks
When Jeff got his start in the business he was known mostly for his NFL expert picks, especially his top plays which hit at an incredible 70% over a five-year span. He also was winning at a pretty healthy rate with his college football picks and making clients quite a bit of money with his football betting expertise. These same clients didn't really want to trust another handicapping service for basketball or baseball, so he decided to branch out and took what he knew about beating the football odds and put it into play for the hoops season. It didn't take long for clients to start enjoying the same kind of success, and his NBA picks during the 2005-06 season made $100 per game players over $5,000 in profits, instantly putting Jeff on the map for top basketball handicappers in the nation.
The thing that we like about having Jeff Alexander on our site is that there isn't another handicapper in the world who is going to outwork him. He dives into the stats and matchups as soon as the college and NFL odds come out each week, and he doesn't stop until he's got the games in hand that the lines makers made mistakes on. The results speak for themselves as year after year he continues to make profits for his clients and pile up the bankrolls.
There aren't any teams that Jeff has a bias against, so you might see him play a major program with his NCAA basketball picks one night then follow it up with a mid-major or a school you have never even heard of the next day. The only thing on his mind are the profits and beating the sportsbooks for his clients and that is why we are proud to have Jeff Alexander on board with Locksmith Sports.
We are your home for sports handicapping advice.
