Jacksonville, which ranks dead last in the NFL in total offense with 260.3 yards per game, doesn’t figure to put many points on the board against a Baltimore defense that leads the league with 14.2 points allowed per contest.
Jacksonville wants to run the football to take the pressure off its rookie signal caller, but it may not be able to Monday against a Baltimore stop unit that ranks third in the NFL against the run with 76.6 yards allowed per game.
The Jags could be in trouble if they aren’t able to run the pigskin. That’s because they rank dead last in the NFL with 137.7 passing yards per game.
Don’t be surprised if the Ravens come out looking to run the football on a Jacksonville team that ranks 19th in the league with 115 rushing yards allowed per contest.
