The team has done a better job of throwing the ball with Matt Hasselbeck this year than running with Shaun Alexander, but the defense has really been what carried them to double digit wins. Seattle is only allowing 219.1 passing ypg and 102.8 rushing ypg, but the team has to be concerned about their last performance against Atlanta in which they gave up 44 points in a loss. The good news for Seahawk fans though is that the last time Washington went to Seattle was in the 2006 playoffs, a game that the Seahawks ended up winning 20-10 while making their way to the Super Bowl.
