A lot of people going on vacation want to know what the Vegas odds are so they can place a few bets when they are out in Sin City. We think this is a great idea because sitting in the sportsbook and sipping on a few cold ones while watching the dozens of televisions is a better way to spend your time than sitting at the blackjack table risking big money over the course of a couple of hours. This is a lot better way to spend your time and save some cash. Of course if you are using the sports picks here at our site then you are getting a great chance at beating the books and turning the odds in your favor. This is a great way to pay for some of the expenses of being in the desert.

Beating the Vegas odds is hard work, so you will need a quality handicapper that is going to give you the best advice available. While out there the MGM has a great place to sit and watch the games and is our personal favorite. Caesars’ Palace is another great sportsbook and is another one of our favorites. It’s more than worth your time to sit down and relax in one of these places for a few hours and watch the games that you have action on. 

When it comes to the NFL odds all books use a 20-cent line with the spread and totals. There are some specials that are occasionally run but this are few and far between. What you can find a value with is the money lines. All of the books offer 20-cent lines up to +170/-190 and there are places that jump to 25-cent lines, the Golden Nugget is the only one who we have found not to do this. Of course you are going to see variation from week to week and from game to game. If the book does not like the game too much they will stretch the line out, making it a 50 cent line around 200 for one game and 30 for another, so keep an eye open.
