Houston Texans 24 Cleveland Browns 27 – the line on this game is Cleveland -3 with the total set at 50.5. Odds makers are not inspired by Houston’s winless road mark despite a solid showing at Indy last week.
Buffalo Bills 23 Kansas City Chiefs 20 – the line is Buffalo -3 with the total set at 43.5. The Bills have spiraled the last four weeks, but they still haven’t lost as many in a row as the Chiefs.
New York Jets 18 Tennessee Titans 23 – the line is Tennessee -5 with the total set at 40.5. Odds makers have the Titans remaining unbeaten for at least another week against a Jets team that has not been as sharp on the road.
New England Patriots 21 Miami Dolphins 22 – the line is Miami -1 with the total set at 42. Odds makers have not favored the Phins by much but their lean is that Miami will pull off the season sweep over the Pats. Who saw that coming this season?
San Francisco 49ers 18 Dallas Cowboys 28 – the line is Dallas -10 with the total set at 46.5. Romo returned and the Boys got a win over their hated rivals on the road. Now the odds makers aren’t wasting any time inking the boys in as double digit home favorite this week against the 49ers. I guess Vegas isn’t reading too much into the 49ers’ blowout win over St. Louis last week.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 25 Detroit Lions 17 – the line is Tampa Bay -7.5 with the total set at 42. Odds makers have the Lions falling to 0-11 this week as Daunte Culpepper’s doesn’t exactly make them a better football team.
Philadelphia Eagles 19 Baltimore Ravens 20 – the line is Baltimore -1.5 with the total set at 39. The Eagles have been on the wrong side of close losses all season long and that’s where the books are putting them again.
Chicago Bears 25 St. Louis Rams 18 – the line is Chicago -7.5 with the total set at 43. The books like the Bears to end their two-game skid against one of the worst teams in football this week.
Minnesota Vikings 19 Jacksonville Jaguars 21 – the line is Jacksonville -2.5 with the total set at 40.5. The books don’t have the Vikings keeping pace in the NFC North this week as their road struggles continue.
Carolina Panthers 21 Atlanta Falcons 22 – the line is Atlanta -1 with the total set at 43. The books are giving the edge to the home Falcons in the tightest game of the week.
Oakland Raiders 17 Denver Broncos 26 – the line is Denver -9 with the total set at 43. Despite taking the Phins down to the wire on the road last week, Oakland’s inconsistencies this season still have the Raiders facing a steep number.
Washington Redskins 22 Seattle Seahawks 18 – the line is Washington -3.5 with the total set at 40. The books see the Seahawks being more competitive with Hasselbeck under center, but at the end of the day Washington’s ball control offense gets the job done.
New York Giants 25 Arizona Cardinals 22 – the line is New York -3 with the total set at 48. The books think Arizona shows its true colors, even on its home field, against the defending champs this week.
Indianapolis Colts 23 San Diego Chargers 26 – the line is San Diego -2.5 with the total set at 49. The books give the edge to San Diego at home in this must-win game despite the fact that Indy is playing better football.

Green Bay Packers 24 New Orleans Saints 27 – the line is New Orleans -2.5 with the total set at 51.5. Odds makers are expecting a shootout with this being the highest total this week, but they have the Packers coming up just short. If the books are right, the Bears take over sole possession of the NFC North top spot.
