New York Jets 16
Dallas Cowboys 31

The books feel the Jets have no shot on the road with a short week to prepare for the Cowboys even after a big upset over Pittsburgh.

Indianapolis Colts 26
Atlanta Falcons 15

A win over Kansas City was enough to boost Indy’s confidence this week. Oddsmakers feel the Falcons will be virtually no contest at home.

Green Bay Packers 25
Detroit Lions 22

Detroit puts up a good fight at home, but ultimately, the Packers are the better team here.

Denver Broncos 20
Chicago Bears 21

This is projected to be the closest game of the week. The Bears are tough to beat at home this time of year and oddsmakers have them slightly favored here.

Tennessee Titans 24
Cincinnati Bengals 23

Here’s another barn burner. Ultimately, Tennessee is better defensively and that’s why they have the slight edge according to the books.

Buffalo Bills 14
Jacksonville Jags 22

The Bills take another defeat after their run of four straight against a Jags team which gets better and better each week.

Oakland Raiders 15
Kansas City Chiefs 20

Oddsmakers are not confident in Oakland’s offense at all, especially on the road.

Houston Texans 23
Cleveland Browns 27

The books are liking the Browns at home this season. Houston’s is not the same team outside the Lone Star State.

Seattle Seahawks 24
St. Louis Rams 21

The books don’t think the Rams will win another one this week against the NFC West leaders, but this line shows that oddsmakers feel the Rams are playing better football.

Minnesota Vikings 17
New York Giants 24

Minnesota’s terrible pass defense costs them here against one of the more talented receiving corps in the league.

New Orleans Saints 22
Carolina Panthers 19

Home is not where the Panthers come to play ball and the oddsmakers won’t fight it anymore.

Washington Redskins 17
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 21

The books continue to like the Bucs at home. The Redskins offense has not been as consistently good as Tampa Bay’s.

San Francisco 49ers 14
Arizona Cardinals 24

The oddsmakers continue to show that they feel the 49ers are one of the worst teams in football, and statistically they are. They go from beating the Cards early in the season to a double digit dog.

Baltimore Ravens 15
San Diego Chargers 24

Baltimore’s defense is supposed to be a force, but four straight losses and allowing 30+ points in two of those games does not give the books confidence that they can stop the Chargers in San Diego.

Philadelphia Eagles 14
New England Pats 36
The oddsmakers have faced the Pats with a ridiculous number here. Vegas is as awe struck as anyone with the Pats this season.

Miami Dolphins 12
Pittsburgh Steelers 28

Pittsburgh is getting New England-like respect against the winless Dolphins. Books must be thinking bounce back for the Steelers.
